WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are dispatched from Monday to Wednesday.

Local delivery: 1 to 2 working days after dispatch.

National delivery: 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.

Delivery dates cannot be held or delayed because the cookies are baked fresh to order.

If your order is time-sensitive, please email Anuschka@ohmydough.co.za before ordering so availability can be confirmed.

Because every order is baked fresh, please order as early as possible. For a time-sensitive order, email Anuschka@ohmydough.co.za before placing the order.

Yes. For event or gift orders, email Anuschka@ohmydough.co.za with your order request, delivery details and required date.

Gift orders must include the recipient’s name, contact number and delivery address.

We do not accept returns because all cookies are baked fresh to order.

Oh My Dough is currently online only, but collection is available from 7 Rooi Els Close, Plattekloof 2, 7500.

Please arrange the collection date and time using the WhatsApp button on the website.
